Sauce Night:
Everybody loves pasta—but it's important to make sure you have the right SAUCE! This class will focus on the sauce as the center of the dish and how to use the other items on the menu to compliment the flavors. We’ll whip up flavorful sauces using simple, everyday ingredients, using a variety of techniques that will make you feel like a pro.
For your safety:
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and cover your legs
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory
- Long hair should be pulled back. Hats, bandanas, or other head coverings are encouraged.
- Alert staff if you have any allergies. HCST is a nut-free facility but participants with allergies to shellfish, soy, gluten, dairy, etc. should check with their doctor before starting. If you do have allergies, you are required to bring your Epi-Pen.
