Soup Night:
Students will dive into the rich, comforting world of soups, mastering the art of silky cream soups and robust, hearty bean creations. From the luxurious depths of shrimp bisque and velvety cream of mushroom to the rustic warmth of hearty lentil and smoky ham soups, they’ll uncover flavors that soothe the soul and satisfy every craving — and much more!
For your safety:
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and cover your legs
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory
- Long hair should be pulled back. Hats, bandanas, or other head coverings are encouraged.
- Alert staff if you have any allergies. HCST is a nut-free facility but participants with allergies to shellfish, soy, gluten, dairy, etc. should check with their doctor before starting. If you do have allergies, you are required to bring your Epi-Pen.
