Prepare to embark on a flavorful journey through the diverse and vibrant tastes of Asia during our upcoming cooking night. Dive into the wok with the art of creating staples in Asian cuisine that balance flavors and textures seamlessly. Our carefully curated menu includes the following items; however, it is subject to change.
- Homemade dumplings
- Asian style cucumber salad
- Sweet and sour shrimp
- General Tso's chicken
- Steak lo mien
- Crispy wontons and more
- Vegetable fried rice
- Steamed white rice
For your safety:
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and cover your legs
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory
- Long hair should be pulled back. Hats, bandanas, or other head coverings are encouraged.
- Alert staff if you have any allergies. HCST is a nut-free facility but participants with allergies to shellfish, soy, gluten, dairy, etc. should check with their doctor before starting. If you do have allergies, you are required to bring your Epi-Pen.
