Steakhouse Night:

Tailgate Night is sure to be a Touchdown! We are reading to offer a fun, hands-on experience learning to prepare classic game-day dishes. You will learn techniques and recipes for crowd-pleasing appetizers and main courses, often with a focus on dishes that are easy to transport and serve at an outdoor gathering or a game day watch party.

For your safety:

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and cover your legs
  • Closed-toe shoes are mandatory
  • Long hair should be pulled back. Hats, bandanas, or other head coverings are encouraged.
  • Alert staff if you have any allergies. HCST is a nut-free facility but participants with allergies to shellfish, soy, gluten, dairy, etc. should check with their doctor before starting. If you do have allergies, you are required to bring your Epi-Pen.
