Vegan Night
This class will teach more about plant-based ingredients and cooking fundamentals. Students will be taught to work with legumes and different types of delicious food in replacement of meat, poultry, and dairy products, such as dairy-free ice cream, dairy-free cheeses, and more. Our carefully curated menu includes the following items; however, it is subject to change.
- General Tso's tofu /crispy broccoli
- Vegetable fried rice
- Vegetable spring rolls
- Scallion pancakes
- Organic green salad with avocado, edamame, carrot ginger dressing
For your safety:
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and cover your legs
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory
- Long hair should be pulled back. Hats, bandanas, or other head coverings are encouraged.
- Alert staff if you have any allergies. HCST is a nut-free facility but participants with allergies to shellfish, soy, gluten, dairy, etc. should check with their doctor before starting. If you do have allergies, you are required to bring your Epi-Pen.
