 Mozzarella Night: 

Students will embark on a hands-on culinary adventure, learning the timeless art of crafting fresh mozzarella from scratch. With each step—from warming the milk to stretching the silky curds—they’ll discover the magic behind this beloved Italian treasure. This class brings the rustic charm and vibrant flavors of Italy right into your kitchen, empowering you to create soft, creamy mozzarella that melts perfectly over your favorite dishes. For your safety:

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and cover your legs
  • Closed-toe shoes are mandatory
  • Long hair should be pulled back. Hats, bandanas, or other head coverings are encouraged.
  • Alert staff if you have any allergies. HCST is a nut-free facility but participants with allergies to shellfish, soy, gluten, dairy, etc. should check with their doctor before starting. If you do have allergies, you are required to bring your Epi-Pen.
