 Seafood Night:

Dive into a delicious evening of coastal flavors with our Seafood Night. Perfect for seafood lovers of all skill levels, this hands-on workshop will guide you through preparing a mouthwatering menu featuring fresh, seasonal seafood. Under the guidance of our chefs, participants will learn to cook classics such as garlic butter shrimp, seared scallops, lemon herb baked fish, and a hearty seafood paella or clam chowder, depending on availability. You’ll gain valuable tips on selecting, cleaning, and cooking seafood properly, as well as how to balance bold flavors with fresh herbs, citrus, and spices. We'll also whip up tasty sides like roasted vegetables and herbed rice to complement the main dishes.  Our carefully curated menu includes the following items; however, it is subject to change.

  • Whole Roasted bronzini
  • Grilled Salmon
  • Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
  • Grilled Parmesan-Crusted Asparagus
