Italian Night:
Experience Italy's culinary magic in a night devoted to pasta perfection. Craft your Homemade Pasta, achieving that ideal al dente texture. Join us for an evening of authentic Italian flavors — it's pasta mastery made simple! Buon Appetito! Our carefully curated menu includes the following items; however, it is subject to change.
- Classic pasta bolognese
- Earthy mushroom fettuccine
- Crisp Caesar salad featuring iconic dressing and croutons
For your safety:
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and cover your legs
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory
- Long hair should be pulled back. Hats, bandanas, or other head coverings are encouraged.
- Alert staff if you have any allergies. HCST is a nut-free facility but participants with allergies to shellfish, soy, gluten, dairy, etc. should check with their doctor before starting. If you do have allergies, you are required to bring your Epi-Pen.
