Pizza Night:
Roll up your sleeves and fire up your creativity—Pizza Night is here! In this interactive and flavor-packed class, students will learn how to craft perfect pizza dough from scratch, mastering the rhythm of kneading, rising, and shaping like a true pizzaiolo. Explore the anatomy of great dough, the balance of bold sauces, and the endless possibilities of toppings—from classic Margherita to inventive flavor fusions. You'll also dive into the world of calzones, learning how to fold and fill these golden pockets of goodness. With fresh, homemade sauce and a variety of ingredients at your fingertips, this is more than a class—it’s a celebration of all things pizza.
For your safety:
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and cover your legs
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory
- Long hair should be pulled back. Hats, bandanas, or other head coverings are encouraged.
- Alert staff if you have any allergies. HCST is a nut-free facility but participants with allergies to shellfish, soy, gluten, dairy, etc. should check with their doctor before starting. If you do have allergies, you are required to bring your Epi-Pen.
