Indulge in the elegance of a fine steakhouse—without leaving home. This refined culinary experience will guide you through preparing a sumptuous steak dinner, expertly paired with traditional accompaniments. Discover the secrets behind perfectly cooked prime cuts and timeless sides, all inspired by the golden standards of America’s most iconic steakhouses.
Our carefully curated menu includes the following items; however, it is subject to change.
- Different cuts of steak
- Sauces
- Cream of spinach
- Garlic mash
- Caesar salad, and more!
For your safety:
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and cover your legs
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory
- Long hair should be pulled back. Hats, bandanas, or other head coverings are encouraged.
- Alert staff if you have any allergies. HCST is a nut-free facility but participants with allergies to shellfish, soy, gluten, dairy, etc. should check with their doctor before starting. If you do have allergies, you are required to bring your Epi-Pen.
