Join us for a vibrant Mexican Night, where bold and zesty flavors take center stage. Dive into the rich, aromatic experience of crafting Mexican favorites. Prepare for a culinary journey filled with spice, zest, and the authentic tastes of Mexico. Our carefully curated menu includes the following items; however, it is subject to change.
- Homemade guacamole & salsa
- Sofrito
- Cilantro lime crema
- Carne asada
- Pulled pork tacos
- Roasted corn salsa
- Ceviche
- Fajitas
For your safety:
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and cover your legs
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory
- Long hair should be pulled back. Hats, bandanas, or other head coverings are encouraged.
- Alert staff if you have any allergies. HCST is a nut-free facility but participants with allergies to shellfish, soy, gluten, dairy, etc. should check with their doctor before starting. If you do have allergies, you are required to bring your Epi-Pen.
