Ready to roll up your sleeves and cook like a pro?  Learn fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking in these hands-on community classes led by a professional chef in a state-of-the-art kitchen.  Suited for any cooking experience level, you will work side-by-side with other students and receive step-by-step instructions to learn culinary secrets and create delicious dishes from scratch. Put on an apron, come hungry, and leave with confidence and recipes to replicate at future home meals.

Mexican Fiesta Night:  Join us for a vibrant Mexican Night, where bold and zesty flavors take center stage. Dive into the rich, aromatic experience of crafting Mexican favorites like homemade Guacamole, Sofrito, Cilantro Lime Crema, and Carne Asada. Prepare for a culinary journey filled with spice, zest, and the authentic tastes of Mexico. !

For your safety:

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and cover your legs
  • Closed-toe shoes are mandatory
  • Long hair should be pulled back. Hats, bandanas, or other head coverings are encouraged.
  • Alert staff if you have any allergies. HCST is a nut-free facility but participants with allergies to shellfish, soy, gluten, dairy, etc. should check with their doctor before starting. If you do have allergies, you are required to bring your Epi-Pen.
