Personal Training and Fitness Program! One month program. Develop new and innovative training strategies for the continuous improvement of client fitness regardless of age or skill level. Participants will develop new and successful long term lifestyle management skills with a personal trainer in a fun and motivating way. Participants will gain an understanding of the importance of physical, mental, and emotional fitness. They will also acquire knowledge on how to use physical fitness to prevent health issues and improve mental health. The fitness program will provide information on correcting unhealthy lifestyles and promoting self-care to ensure overall wellness. Program includes circuit training and group training with state of the art gym equipment such as treadmills, free weights, bikes, medicine balls, and other innovative equipment.
