Intro to Water/Wastewater Operation I
This 90-hour course meets twice weekly. The course prepares the student for the N.J. Licensing Examination and will familiarize novices with the field of water & wastewater treatment. Course content will devote time to problem solving, daily operations, and mechanical practices. An understanding of pumps and motors, basic electricity, hydraulics, basic chemistry and the common water and wastewater treatment processes will be taught.
