Real Estate – Session 2 – (VIRTUAL) (NB) – Course #111102.2 – 10/7/23-1/6/24

This course is approved by N.J. Real Estate Commission as a prerequisite for the Real Estate Salesperson License Examination.  The course is open to those seeking to be licensed or those who desire to learn how real estate works.  Topics include but are not limited to mortgages, contracts, title closings, property interests and rights, liens, real estate law, and real estate calculations.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be 18 years of age and have the equivalent of a high school education before you apply to take the State of N.J. License examination.

The basic 75-hour course with an additional 9 hours totaling 84 hours is designed to give you an inside world of Real Estate. There is time for make-up/review classes along with mentorship/guest speakers on Agents Tips, Attorney Guidance, Appraisal, and Property Management, all at no extra cost. If an applicant has ever been convicted of a crime or is currently on parole or probation their application for a real estate license may be denied.
